Lions Club of Siliguri Givers on 04/10/2020 arranged an eye check up camp in association with Siliguri Lions Netralaya Eye Hospital at the premises of Yuva Shakti Sporting Club at Surya Nagar. 53 patients were examined by the experts and 18 patients who requested spectacles were given free spectacles from the club. 9 patients have been registered for free surgery.
Social distancing norms were followed throughout the program.
Milk, soap and masks was also distributed under the club’s various programs. Local volunteers and members of the club managed the camp very well.
