District Contest Rules for Awards (Administration)

  1. The period for contest is from 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020.
  2. The Clubs have been divided into two categories –
    1. Siliguri , Shibmandir, Badgodra, Malda & Alipurduar
    2. Rest of the Clubs
  3. Tabulation will be done quarterly
  4. For every quarter Clubs with highest points will be awarded
  5. No Award will be given to Clubs with zero growth
  6. Clubs must file at least 75% WMMR and WMAR to be eligible for best Club or PST Award
  7. Clubs below 20 members as on 30th June 2020 will not be awarded
  8. For Best Club award aggregate of points earned by PST will be considered
